The BYD Battery-Box Premium HVM+ 2.76kWh module is the foundational high-voltage building block of one of Europe’s most advanced modular energy storage platforms. Designed for demanding residential and light commercial applications where safety, service life, and system integrity are critical.

Thanks to BYD’s patented plug-in architecture without internal DC cabling, installation time is reduced and wiring-related installation risks are minimised. The cobalt-free Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cell chemistry delivers exceptional thermal stability, high cycle robustness, and industry-leading safety performance.

Engineering-Grade Safety & System Integration

The HVM+ platform leverages BYD’s industrial-scale battery manufacturing and extensive electric mobility expertise. Each module complies with leading international safety standards including VDE2510-50, IEC62619, CE, UKCA, and UN38.3 transport certification.

With an IP55 protection rating, installation is suitable for plant rooms, garages, and sheltered outdoor environments. The system is officially compatible with hybrid inverters from brands including Solis (S6 series), GoodWe (ET/EH), Fronius (GEN24), Kostal (Plenticore), and SMA (according to the official compatibility list).

Important: HVM+ modules are only compatible within the HVM+ generation. Mixing with older HVM or HVS modules within the same tower is not technically permitted.
