The Dyness Stack 100 BDU & Base is the indispensable command center for your high-voltage energy storage system. This advanced Battery Distribution Unit (BDU) and robust base plate form the foundation for a safe and efficient installation. The BDU coordinates communication between the battery modules and the inverter, regulates thermal management, and offers real-time monitoring via the integrated WiFi module.

Intelligent Energy Management & Safety

  • Smart BMS Architecture: Continuously monitors the voltage, current, and temperature of every cell. The system automatically shuts down upon detecting abnormalities such as short circuits or overheating.
  • Scalable Power: One BDU controls a single "stack" (up to 76.8kWh). For larger projects, up to 12 clusters can be connected in parallel for a total capacity of 921kWh.
  • Seamless Integration: Features CAN and RS485 interfaces for broad compatibility with Tier-1 inverters such as Solis, GoodWe, Deye, and Growatt.
  • Active Cooling: Equipped with "Forced Wind Cooling" to guarantee optimal performance, even during intensive use (1C-rate).
Installation Requirement:
  • This product contains both the BDU (Controller) and the Base.
  • For parallel systems: Ensure the SOC of all clusters is 100% and the voltage difference is <20V before coupling.

Which inverters are compatible with the Stack 100?
The BDU features extensive protocols for communication with leading brands. The official list includes: GoodWe, Solis, Deye, Solplanet, Solinteg, Sunways, Hoymiles, SAJ, Sinexcel, Growatt, ATESS, and Megarevo.
Is the WiFi module included?
Yes, the BDU has a built-in WiFi module. This allows you to perform firmware updates (OTA) via the Dyness App and monitor the status of the battery system remotely. The QR code for configuration is located on the unit.
Safety and Installation
The system operates on high voltage (HV) and must only be connected by qualified installers. The BDU contains a DC breaker as the main switch. Ensure at least 200mm of space around the unit for cooling and install on a flat, stable surface.
