Shipping policy

Ordering & Payment

  • Delivery takes place exclusively after successful payment via the payment methods offered at checkout (no post-payment).
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of evident price or stock errors; any amounts already paid will be refunded immediately in such cases.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 working days (processing + transport).
  • Other EU countries: 5–8 working days (processing + transport).
  • Switzerland: 7–13 working days (processing + transport). We have no influence on customs clearance and any delays or import duties resulting from it.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

Delivery & Transfer of Risk

  • B2C (Consumer): The risk transfers at the moment of actual receipt by the consumer or a designated third party.
  • B2B (Business): The risk transfers at the moment of handover to the carrier or upon leaving our warehouse (Ex Works/FCA).
  • Unloading: Ensure a suitable unloading situation at the delivery address (e.g., accessibility for tail lift). Extra costs due to failed delivery caused by inaccessibility are for the recipient's account.

Damage & Discrepancies upon Receipt

  • Check packaging and quantities immediately upon arrival.
  • Visible damage? Note this directly on the driver's waybill AND take clear photos. Without a note and photo documentation, the carrier/insurer will reject a claim.
  • Damage must be reported to us in writing within 2 working days after delivery.

Special Products

  • Lithium-(ion) batteries / ESS: cannot be picked up or returned due to transport legislation.
