Shipping policy

Ordering & Payment

  • Shipping occurs only after successful payment via the checkout methods offered (no post-payment unless explicitly agreed in writing).
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of obvious price/stock errors; any amounts paid will be refunded.

Delivery Times

  • Indicative delivery time: up to 14 days (depending on availability, processing and transport planning).
  • Delivery times are non-binding; in case of delays we will inform you proactively.

Delivery & Transfer of Risk

  • B2C: risk transfers upon actual receipt by the consumer or a designated third party.
  • B2B: risk transfers upon handover to the carrier or upon leaving the warehouse.
  • Please ensure suitable unloading facilities (e.g. tail lift). Extra costs due to failed delivery attempts are at the recipient’s expense.

Damage & Discrepancies on Receipt

  • Check immediately upon delivery: packaging and quantities. Record visible damage on the delivery note and take photos.
  • Without notation and photo documentation, a claim may be rejected by the carrier/insurer.

Special Products

  • Lithium-ion batteries / ESS: cannot be collected or returned due to transport regulations.
