The Marstek VENUS A Balcony Energy Storage System is an AC-coupled and flexible home battery system with an integrated inverter — perfect for expanding existing PV installations in the Netherlands , Germany , and the rest of the EU . With 4 MPPTs for up to 2.4 kWp solar panels, 1.2 kW of bidirectional AC power , and 1.2 kW of emergency power (back-up) , the VENUS A makes your home energy autonomous and ready for dynamic tariffs and zero-injection control. Its plug-and-play architecture and quick installation make it the ideal solution for balcony power plants and modular energy storage .

Important: A smart meter is required for proper operation. For 1–3 units per phase, one smart meter is sufficient. Select the correct model:
  • Without smart meter – only for replacement or expansion where a compatible meter is already present.
  • With CT002 – for meters without a P1 port, for smart meters with software older than SMR5.0, and for Belgium, compliant with Synergrid approval. Works with current coils. View technical information
