Never connect a single-phase and a three-phase Anker SOLIX Smart EV Charger to the Power Dock simultaneously. The system requires proper wiring (minimum 6mm², recommended 10mm²) for safe and optimal operation.

Where should I install the Power Dock?
It is recommended to place the Power Dock inside a garage or a technical room. For comfortable operation and maintenance, the device should be installed at chest level in an environment with temperatures between -20°C and 55°C.
Is the system compatible with my EV charger?
The Power Dock is specifically designed to work with the Anker SOLIX Smart EV Charger. It features dedicated ports for single-phase (7.4kW) and three-phase (11kW/22kW) charging. Use 10mm² cables for optimal performance and future-proofing.
How does the warranty work?
