The Dyness Stack 100 BDU & Base (SBDU100) serves as the intelligent control center of your high-voltage (HV) energy storage system. This combination of Battery Distribution Unit and reinforced stack base platform ensures safe integration, communication management and performance control for 3 to 15 Stack 100 battery modules per tower. With integrated WiFi monitoring, active cooling and 1C support (100A), the BDU guarantees reliable high-power operation in demanding HV installations.

Intelligent High-Voltage Energy Management
The smart BMS architecture continuously supervises voltage, current and temperature across connected modules. In case of overload, short circuit or abnormal thermal conditions, automatic protection protocols are activated. Integrated forced air cooling maintains stable performance during sustained high-load (1C-rate) operation in HV system configurations.
- This product includes both the SBDU100 controller and the Stack 100 Base.
- For parallel systems: ensure all towers are at 100% SOC and voltage deviation is <20V before connection.
- HV installation must be performed by qualified professionals only.

How scalable is the Stack 100 system?
One BDU controls one tower with up to 15 modules. Up to 12 towers can be connected in parallel, enabling a maximum system capacity of 921kWh according to product specifications.
Is WiFi integrated?
Yes. The SBDU100 features an integrated WiFi module for remote monitoring and OTA firmware updates via the Dyness application.
