What is included in the box?

The package contains one US3000C battery module, two 4AWG power cables, one RJ45 communication cable, a 10AWG grounding cable, and the necessary mounting screws.

Can I mix this with older Pylontech models?

Yes, the US3000C is backward compatible with US2000 and US3000 models. However, the newest battery (US3000C) must always be configured as the Master unit to manage the stack correctly.

What are the installation requirements?

The battery fits in a standard 19-inch rack cabinet. Ensure a temperature-controlled environment (ideal 10-40°C) and correct grounding. Always use the specified CAN or RS485 communication protocols.
