What exactly is included in the package?
The kit includes the robust steel wall bracket, all necessary heavy-duty bolts and plugs for mounting on standard masonry or concrete walls, and a precise installation template to ensure perfect alignment during setup.
Why is wall mounting limited to only 3 modules?
A single battery module weighs approximately 50 kg. A configuration of 3 modules plus the inverter reaches a total weight of nearly 200 kg. To ensure the structural safety of your wall and the integrity of the system, Anker mandates floor mounting for any setup exceeding 15 kWh (4-6 modules).
Can I install this bracket on a wooden or drywall surface?
Mounting on wood or drywall is only recommended if the internal structure (such as support beams) is specifically rated to handle the significant weight. We strongly advise consulting a structural professional or opting for the official floor mounting base in such cases.
