How many solar panels can I connect?
Thanks to the 4 MPPT trackers and a total input of 3600W, you can connect up to 4 solar panels directly. By using Y-cables (parallel connection), it is possible to connect up to 8 panels, provided the maximum voltage (60V) and current per port are not exceeded.
Is the system expandable in the future?
This set with 5 additional BP2700 modules represents the maximum configuration for the Solarbank 3 series, totaling 16.12 kWh. This provides the highest level of storage capacity currently supported by this modular system.
How does the 0W-output switch work?
The unit features a physical power button that also functions as a 0W-output switch. This allows you to stop power delivery to the grid immediately via the button or the app, while solar charging continues. This is ideal if you want to save all stored energy for later use.
