Which inverters are compatible?
The LVS series is a 48V (Low Voltage) system and works with specific low voltage inverters. This distinguishes it from the HVS/HVM series. We recommend:
- Victron Energy: MultiPlus and Quattro (ideal for Off-Grid/ESS).
- SMA: Sunny Island series.
- Solis: RHI / RAI 48V models (Low Voltage).
- GoodWe: ES / EM / SBP series.

Is the system expandable?
Yes, the LVS is extremely flexible. The LVS 24.0 has reached the maximum of 6 modules in a single tower. However, you can increase capacity by connecting additional towers in parallel. Up to 16 towers can be combined for a total capacity of 256 kWh. Expansion is possible at any time.
How safe is the installation?
The BYD LVS uses Cobalt-free LiFePO4 chemistry, which is considered the safest technology on the market. The system has an IP55 rating (protected against dust and water jets) and meets strict safety standards such as VDE2510-50 and IEC62619.
