The BYD Battery-Box BCU (Battery Control Unit) + Base is the central intelligence layer of your high-voltage storage platform. Acting as the system “brain” across HVS+, HVM+, and HVB architectures, it governs all critical communication between battery towers and the hybrid inverter for stable, predictable operation.
The BCU executes advanced cell balancing, thermal supervision, voltage monitoring, and multi-layer protective logic—while the included Base provides stable floor mounting and correct tower grounding. The result is a clean, modular, and installation-efficient system design engineered for long service life.
