The Pylontech Force H3X 12kW (FH3X12K-HY-3P) is an integrated 3-phase hybrid energy platform in which Power Controller, system control, battery communication and EMS functionality are brought together within one closed High-Voltage system architecture. This Power Controller unit forms the central control platform of the Force H3X configuration, delivering balanced 3-phase power regulation, high PV processing capacity and ultra-fast full-backup functionality for residential and light commercial applications.

Note: This product includes the Power Controller (Box 1) only. A complete operational system requires a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 7 Pylontech Force H3 Battery Modules (FH10050) per tower.

12kW 3-Phase Power Regulation with 24kW PV Processing Capacity

The Force H3X 12kW supports three independent MPPT trackers with a maximum PV input of 24kW, designed for maximum energy yield under variable roof orientations and strategic oversizing for optimal winter performance. The Power Controller mounts directly on top of the FH10050 battery modules, eliminating external DC cabling between inverter and battery entirely.

The integrated EMS regulates bidirectional energy flows based on real-time grid measurement, load profile and battery state, ensuring maximum self-consumption and grid optimisation. With an IP55-rated enclosure and C5M corrosion protection, the system is suitable for technical rooms and residential installations with elevated durability requirements.

What is included in Box 1 (Power Controller)?

The delivery of the Power Controller (Box 1) includes all essential components for installation of the 3-phase Power Controller:

Which batteries are compatible with the Force H3X 12kW?

The Force H3X 12kW is developed as a closed ecosystem and operates exclusively with Pylontech Force H3 (FH10050) High Voltage battery modules. Between 2 and 7 modules can be stacked per tower, resulting in a capacity of 10.24 kWh to 35.84 kWh. For larger applications, multiple towers can be connected in parallel.

Is the system prepared for changing grid structures?

Yes. Thanks to integrated grid measurement, fast response and EMS regulation, the Force H3X supports maximum self-consumption, controlled grid interaction and preparation for future changes in grid regulations and feed-in tariff structures.

What safety mechanisms are integrated in the Power Controller (Box 1)?

The Power Controller (Box 1) features IP55 protection, C5M corrosion resistance and integrated AFCI 2.0 technology for active detection and interruption of DC arc faults. In the event of abnormal electrical conditions, the system automatically disconnects to minimise risk.

The FH3X is visible via Bluetooth but does not appear in the PylontechPro app. What can I do?

If your phone detects the FH3X via Bluetooth but the device does not appear in the PylontechPro app, please check the following steps:

  1. Do not pair the FH3X via your phone's Bluetooth settings. The initial connection must always be made from within the PylontechPro app. Manually pairing the device via Android or iOS Bluetooth settings first can disrupt communication with the app.
  2. Remove any existing Bluetooth pairing. Have you already paired the FH3X via your phone's Bluetooth settings? Remove this connection via 'Forget' or 'Unpair' and try again from within the PylontechPro app.
  3. Check app permissions. Ensure the PylontechPro app has permission to search for Bluetooth devices. Depending on your Android version, the following permissions may be required:
    • Bluetooth / Nearby Devices
    • Location (required for Bluetooth scanning on some Android versions)
  4. Restart Bluetooth and the app. Turn Bluetooth off and back on. Then fully close the PylontechPro app (do not just minimise it) and reopen it.
  5. Search for the device exclusively via PylontechPro. Open the PylontechPro app and allow the app itself to search for the FH3X for Local Configuration. Do not use your phone's Bluetooth settings for this.
  6. Try a different device. If the FH3X still does not appear, test the connection with a second smartphone (preferably a different Android device or an iPhone) to rule out a device- or software-related issue.
