The Solis FlexHome-CB50A-H is the central high voltage BMS controller for the FlexHome-(15–40)kWh-H energy storage system. This control module manages communication, system protection and charge/discharge control between battery modules and compatible Solis hybrid inverters. With 50 A system current and CAN/RS485 integration, it is the required control unit for reliable HV storage.

Central HV control for FlexHome battery storage

The FlexHome-CB50A-H acts as the technical control centre of the high voltage FlexHome system. The BMS supports SOC monitoring, system communication, safety logic and controlled charge/discharge operation. Combined with FlexHome-BAT5kWh-H modules, it enables scalable configurations from 15 kWh to 40 kWh per stack. For dynamic energy markets, this supports Time-of-Use optimisation, system efficiency and improved long-term cost-of-ownership.

Note: Incorrect BMS configuration, unsuitable inverter settings or faulty cabling may cause communication loss, system downtime, efficiency loss or permanent battery module damage.

This BMS is intended for Solis HV systems. Compatible series include S6-EH3P(3–12)K-H, S6-EH3P(12–20)K-H, S6-EH3P(12–20)K-ND-H and S6-EH3P(8–12)K-LV-ND-H.

Is this BMS required for operation?

Yes, the FlexHome-CB50A-H is the required high voltage control module. Without this BMS, FlexHome-BAT5kWh-H modules cannot be operated safely.
