The SolisStorage EverCore-120kWh-60kW-NV is a fully integrated hybrid C&I energy storage cabinet with separated DC/AC architecture, engineered for peak shaving, demand charge reduction, capacity management and industrial grid resilience. With 120.6kWh gross storage capacity and an integrated 60kW 4-in-1 inverter, this system provides enterprises with a structural solution to control capacity costs and secure operational continuity in critical production and logistics environments.

The SolisStorage EverCore-120kWh-60kW-NV functions as a strategic energy infrastructure asset for industrial and commercial applications. The system is optimised for peak load reduction, capacity management and energy arbitrage within flexibility markets. Through targeted peak shaving, the energy profile becomes financially predictable and controllable, optimising total lifecycle energy costs. The integrated hybrid architecture with internal Static Transfer Switch transitions to island mode within <10 milliseconds during grid failure, ensuring critical loads remain operational without restart procedures. The battery system complies with IEC 62619, IEC 63056 and UN38.3, supporting technical conformity and insurability.

Difference compared to the Pro version: This standard NV version includes industrial base-level fire protection and thermal management. The Pro-C5 version additionally features an extended industrial safety platform including gas detection, explosion relief panel, explosion-proof exhaust ventilation, audible and visual alarm system, and enhanced C5 anti-corrosion protection for harsher industrial environments.

To maintain manufacturer warranty and thermal safety, minimum clearance distances, ventilation requirements and foundation specifications according to the official installation manual must be strictly observed.

What is included with the standard EverCore-120kWh-60kW-NV?

The delivery includes the IP55 cabinet with six integrated LFP battery packs (1P120S configuration), the 60kW hybrid inverter and the Battery Management System.

Standard integrated components: industrial air conditioning, aerosol fire suppression, explosion relief valve, DN65 fire water inlet and thermal detection (smoke and temperature sensors).

How is operational continuity ensured during grid failure?

The integrated Static Transfer Switch detects voltage loss and automatically switches to island mode within <10 milliseconds.

This ensures critical loads remain operational without restart cycles, minimising production downtime and significantly reducing operational risk.

Is the system scalable for larger C&I installations?

Yes. The modular architecture supports parallel operation up to 1.25 MW (15.66 MWh).

For parallel configurations exceeding six inverters, a dedicated Solis distribution cabinet is recommended to ensure optimal grid balance and system integrity.
