The BYD Premium HVS/HVM Combiner Box (CBH-40A) is a professional high-voltage parallel distribution unit engineered for the secure integration of up to three BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS or HVM towers in parallel configuration. It consolidates multiple battery strings into a single protected DC output towards the inverter, ensuring electrical stability, selective protection, and system clarity in advanced storage installations.

Professional High-Voltage DC Distribution Architecture
The CBH-40A functions as a centralized DC protection and consolidation point within larger BYD high-voltage storage systems. Each battery tower is individually protected by 40A gPV fuses (22×58 mm, 1500V DC), mounted on DIN rail, ensuring safe parallel operation and selective overcurrent protection.
Designed for demanding residential and light commercial applications, the unit supports a rated short-time withstand current <10kA (Icw) and complies with Pollution Degree 3 requirements. The enclosure is manufactured from galvanized SGCC steel for long-term durability in technical rooms or sheltered outdoor installations.
