The Dyness Tower S3 Series BMS & Base Unit serves as the updated, central management platform for your high-voltage (HV) energy storage system. This advanced Battery Disconnect Unit (BDU) handles the intelligent communication, real-time monitoring, and active balancing of the Tower S3 battery modules. The package includes the complete set: the premium BMS unit alongside the sturdy Base for secure ground-mount deployment. Boasting an IP54 protection rating, this compact system is ideal for installation inside technical rooms, garages, or sheltered outdoor environments.

Intelligent S3 Battery Control & Seamless Parallelization

The Tower S3 Battery Controller comes fully integrated with a robust DC main breaker and a physical WAKE button to safeguard startup procedures and manage short-circuit hazards. This modernized S3 platform eliminates the need for complex secondary master controllers: up to 12 complete towers can be linked in parallel for scalable capacity scaling from 7.1 kWh to 255.72 kWh. Equipped with a built-in Wi-Fi antenna and explicit status lights, the BMS flawlessly communicates via CAN / RS485 protocols with major high-voltage inverters.

Installation Requirement:
  • System installation must exclusively be conducted by qualified HV technicians following certified safety regulations.
  • Important Notice: Tower S3 series components must never be mixed or interconnected with legacy Tower (1.5G / T-series) modules or older BMS models.
  • Maintain a minimum clearance space of 100 to 200 mm from the back wall and adjacent electronics to secure sufficient airflow.

Can I mix or upgrade older Tower T-Series modules into this S3 system?

No, cross-connecting or combining elements from the Tower S3 series with previous Tower 1.5G / T-series hardware is strictly prohibited. The S3 generation works with specialized HV9637S battery modules and distinct BDU configurations.

How many battery modules can be stacked on this BMS & Base combo?

A single tower system can stack a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 6 HV9637S battery modules (rated at 3.552 kWh per pack). This builds up the specific commercial system layouts spanning from TS7 (2 modules) to TS21 (6 modules).
